  • Registration to workshop track grants free entrance to Conference.
  • Workshops are VAT exempt.
  • Workshops are sponsored by the 0,24 OAED-LAEK subsidy program (for company-registrations only).
  • In order to guarantee a place on the conference and workshop, delegates are kindly requested to register at least 15 working days prior to the event.
  • Online registrations may subjected to additional fees by our payments collection provider

Payment methods

  • Payments are made to the Hellenic American Union upon registration online or by bank deposit. 
  • You will receive bank transfer information if you choose the offline payment method and AFTER you have filled and submitted the registration form. 
  • Please always quote your company’s name or the delegate’s name in the wire transfer instructions section.
  • Online registrations may be subjected to additional fees by our payments collection provider.
  • If you cannot attend, you must cancel your registration in writing before Monday 11 December, to receive a full refund. 
  • Cancellations received after Monday 11, 2017 are liable for the full conference fee.
